Smarter features for enhanced security: Using the Yale Access app, you can unlock the safe from anywhere, share access with others, and receive opening notifications. You can even check the access history at any time and monitor the status of the smart vault to see if it is locked or unlocked. For remote access and voice assistant functionality, the Yale Connect Wi-Fi bridge is required (sold separately).
Personalized access: Open the safe using the built-in keypad, a physical key, the Yale Access app on your smartphone, an Apple Watch, or even your favorite voice assistant. If the battery runs out, there’s no need to worry about unlocking the safe—you can quickly gain access using a 9V battery via the keypad interface.
Security features: The safe is equipped with a security door that prevents tampering with tools, as well as a locking mechanism that provides additional protection with two 20mm saw-resistant locking bolts. After five failed attempts, the smart safe will lock for five minutes.
Secure and reliable: Your Yale Access app account is protected by two-factor authentication, meaning users must verify their identity using an email or phone number. In addition to the security provided by Bluetooth, we use AES 128 and TLS encryption, commonly referred to as bank-level security. If you lose your smartphone, you can deactivate your Yale Access app and all virtual keys at any time.
